Living the dream

We had an enquiry last week from an amateur musician who wanted to perform with one of our London based Dixie Bands. Whilst speaking with him, I learned that he had played the trumpet for many years and, although he loved his music, he no longer had time to play with a live band regularly.

I managed to arrange for him to play with the band during the summer and it occurred to me that hiring a band isn’t just about having them entertain you. It can be inclusive entertainment. So, if you’re a singer or a musician and really want to treat yourself to a special present, then what better way than to hire a live band and join in.
